ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION

The headquarters in Ostrava is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during business days except on Fridays.

Visits are agreed in advance by a client. This is because of the wide public interest in DIP and because the DPN (Disposition Prognosticator) number is not sufficient to satisfy the interests in DIP services.

The clients are kindly asked to respect the privacy, out of office hours of DPN. It is a highly demanding and exhausting profession. Any emergency call to a DPN home should be made just in extremely extraordinary cases and it should be generally agreed in advance with a respective DPN.

The operation is smooth provided the visits are agreed in advance. Immediately after completing the first visit, another visit is arranged with the Secretariat. Still, a client should expect potential delay of up to half of an hour. The cases may be various, but, even if the time schedule and organization are good, we cannot apply them in a bureaucratic and exact way. Since DPNs are fully occupied, it is not possible to accept remote interventions of anyone other than DIP clients. This is only possible in urgent cases when a client is unable to come personally.
