DIP SERVICES
INJURIES, CRASHES, ACCIDENTS, HEALTH, MATERIAL LOSSES and NATURAL DISASTERS
Like in the previous tests, DIP makes prognosis and then changes dispositions, if possible, for a client not to be harmed. When it is not possible to change the dispositions, DPN (Disposition Prognosticator) recommends a client to avoid an adverse future situation. He is able to find whether or not another solution is satisfying. For example, to use a train rather than an aircraft.
A so called "norm factor" (NF) is vital at prognosis. For example if a driver becomes drunk and drives, a DIP prognosis is cancelled, since it is a driver who sets it for himself. In addition, DIP finds whether the NF is to be broken by a client or somebody else from the outside. If such NF is to be broken by someone else from the outside, DPN recommends a different solution. If a mass accident is to occur, DPN tries to change dispositions just rarely. This is because input data are missing.
